Verkada is seeking a Technical Support Engineering Intern to help troubleshoot and innovate on their AI-powered physical security platform. The intern will work with cutting-edge IoT technology, assist enterprise clients, and collaborate with engineering and product teams. Responsibilities include troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues, providing best practices for system design, communicating technical concepts, and creating knowledge base content.

What you'd actually do

  1. Troubleshoot and Innovate: Solve complex network, hardware, and software issues for the Verkada platform
  2. Be an Expert: Provide customers with best practices for system design and integration
  3. Communicate with Impact: Clearly explain technical concepts to customers both verbally and in writing
  4. Own the Problem: Take charge of customer issues from start to finish, ensuring a successful resolution
  5. Team Up: Collaborate with our Engineering and Product teams to test new products and identify bugs
