What you'd actually do

  1. Provide timely, friendly and efficient assistance to Autodesk customers on a variety of issues and questions
  2. Document problems and solutions in short and clear articles for our knowledgebase
  3. Research, verify, and document product issues
  4. Manage customer expectations by providing timely updates on progress

Skills

Required

  • Experience in the use of Revit
  • Fluency in German or French
  • Professional experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • A passion for helping people
  • Aptitude for problem-solving
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment

Nice to have

  • Familiarity using Navisworks, Advance Steel or BIM
  • Customer service experience
  • German or French language is a plus
