Postman is seeking a Technical Trainer to lead customer workshops and training for their enterprise customers, focusing on how to use the Postman API platform effectively. The role involves designing and delivering training materials, collaborating with product and customer success teams, and developing internal tooling to support training sessions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and deliver trainings that help customers understand how to use Postman effectively
  2. Develop training materials, such as demos and in-product exercises that help customers and internal teams understand how to use Postman at all levels.
  3. Work closely with other teams, including product, customer success, sales, and customer support, to ensure that training programs align with product updates and customer needs
  4. Help develop internal tooling to support interactive training sessions
  5. Keep up-to-date with product updates and new features to ensure training programs reflect the most current information.

Skills

Required

  • 6 years minimum experience in enterprise training
  • 3 years minimum experience with APIs and/or software development
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English

Nice to have

  • Extensive experience using Postman
  • NodeJS experience
