Crusoe, an AI infrastructure company, is seeking a Technical Training Manager to lead workforce development across its manufacturing facilities. The role involves managing a team of trainers, overseeing technical training programs, and ensuring skill development for producing modular data centers and power distribution centers. Responsibilities include team leadership, strategic program management, onboarding, content creation, evaluation, and performance analysis.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage, mentor, and guide a team of technical trainers located in different facilities. You will set performance goals, provide ongoing feedback, and foster professional development for your team.
  2. Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive technical training strategy for the entire company. This includes creating a standardized curriculum, developing structured learning paths, and managing the training budget and resources.
  3. Lead the development and execution of efficient onboarding programs for all new hires. Additionally, you will create and manage programs aimed at upskilling the existing workforce in areas such as electrical wiring, equipment operation, and quality control.
  4. Supervise the development of all training materials, including video tutorials, written manuals, and hands-on exercises, ensuring consistency and quality across all facilities.
  5. Implement and manage a system for assessing employee competency through practical tests and certifications. You will be responsible for a company-wide certification program that recognizes employee achievements and supports internal mobility.
