Responsibilities include receiving and processing media, verifying technical accuracy, managing metadata, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating with content partners and internal teams to resolve issues. The role requires strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical proficiency with standard office software.

What you'd actually do

  1. Receives and Processes media from content providers
  2. Ensure that content meets clients and broadcast specifications for technical accuracy
  3. Verifies media and metadata are error-free and works to resolve or escalate any errors that do exist
  4. Content Publishing: Ensure all media assets and metadata are published to production environments in alignment with established service level agreements (SLAs).
  5. Quality Assurance: Validate incoming media and metadata for accuracy and completeness; collaborate with content providers to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
