Technology Cloud Sales Representative

Sales role focused on selling Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including IaaS and PaaS, to enterprise clients. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and articulating Oracle's AI approach. Requires significant experience in enterprise IT or cloud solution sales.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  2. Develop and maintain multi-relationships across customer organizations, including CIOs, CTOs, and business unit leaders.
  3. Execute territory and account strategies to expand cloud footprint and usage.
  4. Lead customer engagements that highlights Oracle’s strengths in cloud native ( Container, Serverless, Microservice, Continuous integration/Continuous deployment tool etc.)
  5. Lead to articulate AI and deliver Oracle AI approach to the customers.

Skills

Required

  • Enterprise IT or cloud solution sales experience
  • Cloud/digital native market sales or technical experience
  • Selling cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS)
  • Business level verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to present technical and business value clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Achieve sales quota
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts (virtualization, containers, networking, storage, database services)
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of cloud-native technologies, DevOps (CI/CD), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and AI/ML frameworks
  • Familiarity with Oracle technologies and competitive platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
