Netflix is seeking a Technology Communications Specialist to manage and own ISP partner documentation and communications for their Open Connect content delivery network. This role involves collaborating with global partners and internal teams to create consistent messaging across various platforms, including websites, presentations, educational materials, and newsletters. The specialist will serve as a subject matter expert, drive the development of collateral for new content formats, and ensure strategic narratives are consistent. While AI strategies are to be leveraged where possible, the core function is communication and documentation within a network infrastructure context.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and own the relationships with your key partners and stakeholders
  2. Work with cross-functional partners to align messaging and stakeholder communication
  3. Serve as an Open Connect technical and strategic subject matter expert
  4. Drive the development of proactive collateral for new and evolving content-driven formats — including Live, Podcasts, and other emerging experiences
  5. Own the development and operational management of messaging documents and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure consistent, strategic narratives

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, in writing and verbally
  • Exceptional collaboration, partnership, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Strong technical and business judgment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience or educational background in internet technology concepts relevant to ISPs (routing, network management, interconnection, server hardware/software, data center operations)
  • Willingness to work across time zones
