What you'd actually do

  1. Own the patient case product vision and translate user needs, business priorities, and strategic objectives into a clear and actionable product roadmap.
  2. Identify opportunities that leverage technology—including AI, automation, and advanced analytics—to improve business performance and patient outcomes.
  3. Lead and partner with engineering teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of new capabilities and platform improvements.
  4. Partner closely with Commercial, Field, and other business teams to understand workflows, pain points, and strategic priorities.
  5. Identify and champion opportunities to apply AI, GenAI, automation, and digital data-capture technologies to solve key business challenges.
