This role focuses on ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of production application flows within a large-scale technology environment, with a specific mention of utilizing LLM/AI tools to improve incident response.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provides end-to-end SLAs, reliability, and uptime for applications and infrastructure.
  2. Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents using Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, Dynatrace, APICA.
  3. Maintain and enhance automated Control-M workflows; manage real-time data streaming via Kafka.
  4. Maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins; practice rigorous source control using GitHub and Bitbucket.
  5. Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures; participate in on-call rotation.
