Lead technology operations and support for Wealth Management's Field Support team, ensuring stability, availability, and performance of production services. Responsibilities include incident management, operational governance, program delivery, and leading technology support teams. Requires experience in troubleshooting, managing large-scale environments, observability tools, and AI solutions/strategies, workflow automation, and knowledge management systems. AWS certification is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead teams of technologists that provide end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery for the successful business operations of the firm
  2. Execute policies and procedures that ensure operational stability and availability
  3. Monitor production environments for anomalies, address issues, and drive evolution of utilization of standard observability tools
  4. Escalate and communicate issues and solutions to the business and technology stakeholders, actively participating from incident resolution to service restoration
  5. Lead incident, problem, and change management in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
  • Experience managing applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
  • Proficient in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
  • AWS certification required (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent)
  • Experience in developing and executing AI solutions and strategies, workflow automation, knowledge management systems, and optimizing operational processes
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, including requirements documentation, testing, and agile tools and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technology support teams and drive high-impact technology initiatives that achieve measurable business outcomes
  • Experience implementing and overseeing risk management, compliance, and control practices
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing executive-level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting
  • Practical experience with public cloud
  • Experience with public cloud environments and automation scripting
  • Certification related to Generative AI (GenAI) or Agentic AI
  • Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries
