Temporary Talent Workforce: Lead Specialist, Growth & Development

This is a temporary role focused on planning, executing, and operationalizing learning and development programs within Deloitte. The specialist will draft presentations, create training experiences, and use critical thinking and project management skills to identify and recommend solutions. The role emphasizes aligning learning solutions with business priorities and fostering professional growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Plan, execute and operationalize in-person and virtual development programs and processes
  2. Draft compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate training plans, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and other key stakeholders
  3. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when creating and reviewing deliverables
  4. Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiences, to help Deloitte personnel develop the capabilities and knowledge needed to grow at Deloitte
  5. Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peers

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 6 years of related professional experience in developing learning programs and training experiences
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Must be able to come into the office periodically for office events

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles
  • Previous instructional design experience
  • Experience working in a learning and development organization
  • Prior consulting or professional services experience
