Territory Account Executive, Slack

Salesforce is seeking a Territory Account Executive for Slack, focusing on selling their AI-powered CRM and "Work OS" to enterprise clients. The role involves driving sales growth, understanding customer pain points related to AI and automation, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the Slack AI experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive ACV within the Enterprise segment by identifying, navigating, and closing opportunities in large-scale organizations.
  2. Conduct deep discovery to understand customer pain points and recommend how Slack, integrated with Agentforce, can automate manual tasks and unify business data.
  3. Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, moving them through the Slack buying cycle with high energy and consistent sales processes.
  4. Partner with Solution Engineers and Customer Success to ensure that Slack becomes the central hub for the customer’s entire software stack.
  5. Act as the "Voice of the Customer," gathering feedback to help our product teams continuously improve the Slack AI experience.
