Territory Account Executive - Smb

Salesforce is looking for a Territory Account Executive to manage sales cycles for SMB and Growth Business clients. The role involves closing opportunities, acquiring new logos, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SaaS sales, strong relationship-building skills, and advanced English proficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a dedicated territory in the Emerging (1-50 employees) or Growth Business (51-300 employees) space, overseeing the entire sales cycle. You’ll coordinate multiple sales projects simultaneously and take full responsibility for your customers.
  2. Lead the sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong focus on new business sales, while rapidly growing existing accounts.
  3. Use your solution selling expertise to respond effectively to customer needs and identify business potential, building strategic, long-term partnerships.
  4. Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
  5. Coordinate and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
