Salesforce is hiring a Territory Account Executive for their SMB Colombia market. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle for emerging and growth businesses, focusing on new business sales and growing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of closing opportunities and acquiring new logos.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a dedicated territory in the Emerging (1-50 employees) or Growth Business (51-300 employees) space, overseeing the entire sales cycle.
  2. Lead the sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong focus on new business sales, while rapidly growing existing accounts.
  3. Use your solution selling expertise to respond effectively to customer needs and identify business potential, building strategic, long-term partnerships.
  4. Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
  5. Coordinate and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.

Skills

Required

  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in the entire sales cycle of complex SAAS solutions.
  • Ability to build positive relationships internally and with customers, demonstrating credibility and trust.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Successful history of net new business sales, with the ability to consistently deliver against targets.
  • A strong drive, adaptability, and enthusiasm to build a career at Salesforce.
  • Advanced level of English.
