Autodesk is seeking a Senior Sales Manager / Territory Account Sales Manager to lead growth within their emerging business in Thailand. This role involves managing strategic growth accounts, working with channel partners and technical sales specialists to build new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has a hunter mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and proven leadership to drive expansion and transform transactional relationships into strategic ones. Responsibilities include delivering sales quotas, expanding existing accounts, building tailored business plans, leading C-level engagement, negotiating enterprise-level deals, collaborating with partners, and maintaining sales forecasting hygiene. Minimum qualifications include 12+ years of B2B sales experience in tech/software/industrial sectors, proven success in mid-market/large enterprise account management, ability to sell complex solutions, manage long sales cycles, develop executive-level relationships, and experience with channel sales and strategic partnerships. Fluency in Thai and English is required.
