What you'd actually do

  1. Promote and sell our range of Cardiometabolic health products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  3. Identify and establish new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  4. Develop a detailed territory action plan for the portfolio by making strategic decisions about goals.
  5. Establish and uphold effective and ethical interactions with stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and other medical staff.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role, minimum 2-5 years
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of compliance and ethical standards within the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of external ethics code
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity of tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
  • MNC experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Diabetes and metabolic therapeutic areas and product segment is preferred
  • New launch experience preferred
