What you'd actually do

  1. Utilize knowledge of and ability to perform tasks supporting a project management-based gated process, also known as a phase-gate process
  2. Assist in demonstrating the effectiveness of test methods
  3. Assist in developing test procedures, and in the instrumentation and configuration definition needed to perform the test and minimize risk
  4. Assist in component design and sub-assembly level hardware or software and use analytical tools to verify design
  5. Assist in coordinating the manufacture and assembly of test hardware

Required

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Related engineering experience through internships, co-ops, or academic projects
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

Nice to have

  • Experience with test software development and/or support, inclusive of NI LabVIEW, Microsoft Visual Studio, or other comparable programming languages.
  • Knowledge of or experience in laboratory testing, data analysis, instrumentation, system integration, manufacturing.
  • Experience working on government or DoD programs.
