Test Support Pilot (Mid-Level)

Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a Mid-Level Test Support Pilot to join our Flight Operations team in Seattle, WA.
As a Light Test Support Pilot at the Boeing Company, you will have the opportunity to fly our light support aircraft in support of our Commercial, Military and Development programs.
Position Responsibilities:
- Primary role - Fly as a single or dual pilot in the execution of aircrew movements with light support aircraft, Cessna Caravan, Pilatus PC-12 and others to support offsite production and engineering flight operations
- Secondary role - May participate in acceptance, ferry and functional test flights on testbed aircraft
- Assists Engineering in the planning of project flight profiles
- Demonstrates testbed acceptance process to validate configuration compliance; contributes to project configuration and safety review
- Coordinates with Engineering, Manufacturing and Airworthiness personnel on certification efforts to ensure design integrity
- Identifies and documents project configuration deficiencies and coordinates resolution with engineering
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
- Commercial Certificate or FAA ATP with appropriate endorsements or military equivalent
- Single Engine Turbo-prop experience
- Aircrew experience
- Experience working with Flight Test
- 1000 flight hours
- Current FAA Class II medical certificate or the ability to obtain one
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher

Summary pay range: $169,150 - $228,850
