What you'd actually do

  1. Work in a hands on, fast paced role, where regular movement and active participation is required, along with the ability to comfortably lift ~30lbs and move test hardware safely into the lab.
  2. Set up dynamic and static component testing, including seals, gaskets, and isolation mounts, using lab-based test equipment.
  3. Set up, run, troubleshoot, and tear down test fixtures and machines, ensuring safe, efficient, and repeatable testing.
  4. Support validation and APQP activities, including DVP&R ownership, test readiness reviews, and validation scheduling for seals and mounts.
  5. Document, analyze, and clearly communicate test results through accurate, well-structured reports aligned with engineering needs.
