The UPS Store Franchise Consultant supports franchisees in a designated territory throughout their franchise lifecycle, optimizing revenue by collaborating on business plans, conducting store evaluations, and providing training and coaching to enhance customer experience and drive growth. Responsibilities include managing franchise renewals, ownership transfers, remodels, and planning network meetings to share best practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provides franchisees with professional guidance on marketing, sales growth, pricing strategy, financial reporting, and operations to achieve their growth objectives.
  2. Conducts regular evaluations and analysis to assess center and franchisee performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  3. Acts as the main point of contact between TUPSS Solution + Support Campus, UPS, vendors, area franchisees, and franchisees, addressing concerns and questions and ensuring timely support and follow-up.
  4. Identifies and addresses operational and financial issues impacting franchisee success.
  5. Supports TUPSS franchisees and works with TUPSS Solution + Support Campus to manage timelines for ownership transfers, relocations, new store buildouts, remodels, and franchise renewals.
