This is a field-based commercial role responsible for driving business growth through the promotion of an Oncology portfolio. The role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, engaging customers, and executing brand strategies while adhering to compliance standards and local regulations. Key responsibilities include customer engagement, territory management, business execution, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain strong, compliant relationships with Oncologists, Hematologists, Pharmacists, and key Oncology stakeholders.
  2. Deliver high‑quality, value‑based scientific and promotional interactions aligned with brand strategy.
  3. Own territory planning and execution to achieve and exceed sales and market share objectives.
  4. Effectively use CRM and business intelligence tools to monitor performance and guide actions.
  5. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Sales Leadership to ensure cohesive execution.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 - 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Strong Oncology background
  • Proven track record of consistent high performance
