POSITION DETAILS:
- Location: Austin, TX
- Onsite: This role requires full time (40 hours a week), in an onsite work structure.
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly motivated Thermal Mechanical Engineering to join our team. In this role you will:
Setup, utilize, and maintain lab equipment such as power measurement test stations, optical scanners, flowbench, and Instron.
Instrument, test, and collect data on systems utilizing thermocouples, anemometers, sound level meters, etc.
Write and review detailed technical documentation.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- You are interested in building and testing hardware.
- You have the following background:
WHAT WOULD SET YOU APART:
- CFD exposure to OpenFoam / Flotherm / IcePak
- Strong knowledge of liquid and aircooling
- CNC and Fabrication experience
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
