Third Party Sales Management Specialist (fms)

This role focuses on managing third-party sales and support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Building Partner Capacity (BPC) activities within the defense sector. It involves advising on policies, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting quality control, and supporting digitalization initiatives. The role is part of Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide consolidated Security Cooperation support across the full case lifecycle for Foreign Military Sales and Building Partner Capacity activities within client claimants.
  2. Advise, train, and support personnel on Security Cooperation policies, processes, procedures, and case execution requirements.
  3. Coordinate with client leadership and organizations to ensure alignment with Security Cooperation policy and operational requirements.
  4. Liaise with client, and other DoD stakeholders to facilitate efficient execution of Security Cooperation and FMS operations.
  5. Conduct quality control reviews of FMS and BPC Letter of Offer and Acceptance data to verify compliance with applicable policies and standards.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Active Secret security clearance
  • 8+ years of experience in 3rd party sales support of Foreign Military Sales
  • 5 + years of experience supporting and building partner capacity and exchange agreements
  • Ability to travel 10-25%
