This role is for a Tier II Site Lead responsible for leading a team of network engineers in supporting a complex Intelligence Community communications network. Responsibilities include team management, training, mentoring, ensuring operational health, and meeting contract SLAs. The role requires extensive experience in network operations and team leadership, along with a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 compliance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for leading a team of 8-12 Tier II Network Engineers accountable for the operations and maintenance of a complex and robust Intelligence Community communications network.
  2. Responsible for the training, mentoring, development, and accountability of all Tier II personnel assigned to site.
  3. Responsible for the overall health and wellness of all Program personnel assigned to customer location.
  4. Responsible for management of personnel and material resources to ensure tasks, projects, and services met or exceed contract SLO/SLA’s in compliance with the contract SOW and QASP.
  5. Serves as the technical advisor and Program representative at Site meetings, Program meetings, and Technical Exchanges ensuring programmatic equities are accounted for while balancing the needs of the site and customer.
