Title Producer, Content Localization - Film and Animation

Netflix is seeking a Title Producer to manage the end-to-end localization process for film and animation content, ensuring high-quality dubbed audio and subtitles. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, project management, quality control, and driving continuous improvement in localization workflows, including the adoption of new technologies and automation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Fully own the operational and tactical localization lifecycle for assigned titles, serving as the single point of accountability from kickoff through global launch.
  2. Act as the main point of strategic contact between Content, Post, Marketing, Launch Management, and other internal teams, ensuring alignment and seamless communication throughout the localization process.
  3. Plan, schedule, and manage localization workflows for each assigned title, including setting the language suite strategy and vendor selection, bid management, financial tracking, and asset delivery.
  4. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, as well as troubleshoot and escalate quality or operational issues as needed, to keep projects on track.
  5. Champion the adoption of new practices, workflows, automation, and technology to streamline localization processes and support the integration of emerging media types (live, video podcasts, interactive experiences, etc.).

Skills

Required

  • 5 or more years of project management experience in a high-demand, fast-paced environment, ideally in the entertainment industry
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, supervising several projects at various points of production (from development through delivery)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Make sound independent decisions, and know when to escalate issues
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and solutions-oriented
  • Adaptable and resilient in the face of change and ambiguity
