This role is responsible for ensuring the flow of material in the production process by timely reporting, maintaining records, tracking functions, and preparing activity reports. The position handles inquiries about production order status, transactions, record adjustments, and material location. Key responsibilities include tracking production orders, reporting in SAP, updating Excel reports, managing discrepancies, processing order returns, and performing self-audits. The role requires basic computer skills, knowledge of SAP (desirable), ability to read technical documents, good communication and responsibility, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

What you'd actually do

  1. Proveer estatus de las ordenes en línea de producción y seguimiento para ajuste de déficits de material
  2. Reporteo oportuno de ordenes en SAP de FOS y soldadura (MISC, Subensambles y Cajas OH)
  3. Actualización en Excel del archivo de reporteo para seguimiento y cumplimiento del plan de producción
  4. Seguimiento en revisión y ajuste de 914’s (Discrepancia)
  5. Retorno de ordenes de producción según aplique y Proceso de retorno para ordenes ZPRW (Retrabajo)

Skills

Required

  • Ability to operate a personal computer and/or mobile devices
  • Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and drawings
  • Good communication, service, responsibility, and honesty skills
  • Ability to work with personnel in all areas and at all levels within the company
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office
