Tool Engineering Manager (fabrication Division)

Boeing is seeking a Tool Engineering Manager to lead teams responsible for the development, sustainment, and continuous improvement of production system tooling assets within their Fabrication Division. This role requires strong engineering and people leadership skills, with a focus on problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead teams responsible for the development, sustainment, and continuous improvement of the production system.
  2. Develop and maintain working together relationships with MBU partners, internal stakeholders, peers, and direct reports. Leverage network to seek broad input on key projects and initiatives.
  3. Clearly communicate status of projects both internally and externally.
  4. Manage, develop and motivate employees to achieve their best as individuals and as a team.
