What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate and procure production tools and flyaway and non-flyaway consumables equipment to support testing
  2. Manage certified tools and tool-room processes, including ordering, replacement, inventory control, and re-certification
  3. Liaise with customers and suppliers to optimize testing support and supply chain responsiveness
  4. Analyze usage and forecast demand

Skills

Required

  • 1+ years of experience gathering, preparing and analyzing technical data, supporting product lifecycle development maintenance or production
  • 1+ years of experience in procurement, receiving, inventory and manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years of experience managing the procurement process including coordinating with business partners and providing functional support
  • 1+ years of experience with inventory management information systems and their application
  • 1+ years of experience processing certified tools
  • 1+ years of experience in calibration, certification, transmission-rotor inspection, or tooling inspection
  • US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15

Nice to have

  • 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experienced in certified-tool management and tool-room operations, including inventory control and recertification
  • Collaborative problem-solver with a track record of partnering with Manufacturing, Operations, and suppliers to resolve issues
