This role is for a Total Rewards Analyst at Legora, an AI-native legal tech company. The analyst will be responsible for the analytical backbone of the reward function, focusing on compensation, equity, benefits, and mobility. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining reward reporting, supporting compensation benchmarking, analyzing equity data, improving People operations processes, and administering benefits and mobility programs. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in a similar analyst role, strong analytical skills, and a process-builder mindset.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain reward reporting and dashboards covering compensation, equity, benefits, and mobility — enabling the team and leadership to make data-informed decisions.
  2. Support compensation benchmarking cycles: gather and clean market data, model scenarios, and present findings clearly.
  3. Analyse equity data to track grant activity, vesting milestones, and programme performance across regions.
  4. Build and improve People operations processes across the reward function — creating workflows and documentation that reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
  5. Support the administration of benefits programmes across markets, coordinating with external vendors and ensuring data accuracy.

Skills

Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in a People, Reward, Finance, or Operations analyst role
  • Strong analytical skills with experience handling complex datasets
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive, confidential data
  • A process-builder mindset
  • Clear and confident communicator

Nice to have

  • experience with HRIS or reward tools
  • Familiarity with compensation frameworks, equity programmes, or benefits administration
