We’re looking for a Total Rewards Group Lead to lead a team of Total Rewards Partners and drive the strategy, design, and execution of our global rewards programs.
About The Role
- Lead and develop a team of 4 Total Rewards Partners
- Own and drive the company’s compensation strategy globally
- Oversee annual compensation cycles and ensure smooth, scalable execution
- Partner with senior leadership on rewards philosophy, budget, and workforce planning
- Lead complex compensation initiatives (job architecture, benchmarking, global expansion)
- Use data and market insights to continuously improve programs and decision-making
- Ensure alignment between rewards, business goals, and company culture
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation, including leadership experience
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in compensation design, benchmarking, and equity programs
- Strong business acumen and ability to artner with senior leadership to shape rewards strategy and key decisions
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience working in global, high-growth tech companies
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities
