What you'd actually do

  1. Define and maintain compensation bands across Legora's job architecture, ensuring levels are consistently applied and market-aligned across functions and geographies.
  2. Lead the annual compensation review cycle end-to-end: benchmarking, calibration, offer modelling, and manager communication.
  3. Be Legora's people-side expert on equity — deeply understanding our equity programs, employee participation, vesting cycles, and how equity connects to performance and total reward.
  4. Implement and evolve our compensation frameworks and total reward practices in line with the global strategy, ensuring they remain competitive, equitable, and transparent.
  5. Conduct ongoing market benchmarking across all markets, using data to ensure Legora stays ahead of the curve.
