This role is for a Total Rewards Senior Analyst with German language skills in Prague, Czechia. The primary responsibilities include administering company benefits policies and ensuring compliance with statutory benefits in multiple countries. The role involves managing cases, administering benefits and leaves, collaborating with vendors and HR teams, and contributing to projects and process improvements. A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience is required, along with fluency in German and English, and a strong understanding of multi-country benefits programs and HR functions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage resolution of cases following the established Internal Operating Procedure (IOP).
  2. Ensure seamless delivery of TR services specific to the administration of Company benefits/leaves policies and compliance with statutory benefits.
  3. Take ownership of specific yearly/monthly activities as per the yearly calendar, for example Year End, CBA related activities etc.
  4. Perform specific Compensation-related tasks as necessary.
  5. Coach more junior colleagues, providing guidance on policy/process implementation and sharing best practices.

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Experience in benefits administration or a related HR function, with a strong understanding of multi-country benefits programs and compliance.
  • Extensive understanding of HR Functional domains (Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Workforce Data Administration, HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations) or Payroll
  • Experience in case management and using case & knowledge management tools (ideally SNOW)
  • Experience in Workday/Aon FYB
