Production Manager for Comcast's Town Hall and Ralph J. Roberts Forum, responsible for event development, execution, and technical aspects of hybrid, in-person, and virtual events. Requires extensive experience in live event and broadcast workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Participate in client meetings and calls to provide production guidance and ensure event expectations are clearly defined and met
  2. Collaborate closely with the Director of Production, Production Managers, and cross-functional teams to maintain consistency in methods, systems, and best practices
  3. Review all show assets to confirm quality standards are met and materials are production-ready
  4. Proactively communicate missing assets, open questions, risks, or concerns in a timely manner
  5. Provide creative input that helps shape event execution and improves departmental workflows

Skills

Required

  • Proficiency with web streaming platforms and RTMP workflows, including Teams Live, Vimeo, and Airmeet
  • Experience with Panasonic and Sony PTZ camera systems, including operation and workflow
  • Expert knowledge of live event and broadcast video workflows, including audio, video, lighting, staging, and set design
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills appropriate for high-pressure production environments
  • Demonstrated experience supporting broadcast, hybrid, in-person, and fully virtual events
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
