This role supports regional trade compliance activities to ensure adherence to import/export regulations, customs requirements, and internal trade policies across Asia-Pacific markets. It contributes to compliant and efficient cross-border operations, supports supply chain continuity, and helps mitigate regulatory risk in a highly regulated environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support APAC trade compliance activities in alignment with global trade policies and regional regulatory requirements.
  2. Review, prepare, and maintain accurate trade and customs documentation to support import and export transactions.
  3. Monitor compliance with customs regulations, trade controls, and internal procedures across APAC markets.
  4. Partner with logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve trade‑related issues.
  5. Assist with classification, valuation, country of origin, and other trade data requirements.

Skills

Required

  • Working knowledge of APAC import/export regulations and customs requirements
  • Experience reviewing trade documentation and supporting compliant cross-border transactions
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Professional coursework or certification in trade compliance or customs
  • Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with Singapore and broader APAC trade regulations
  • Experience supporting audits or compliance investigations
  • Exposure to global trade management or customs software
