Lead a team of client service account managers in the Trade Finance LATAM region, acting as a primary escalation point and trade advisor for complex transactions. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and mentor a team of client service account managers supporting global trade clients
  2. Serve as the primary escalation point for client onboarding, transactions, and ongoing service requests in the region
  3. Act as a trade advisor for Letters of Credit, Supply Chain Finance, and other trade finance transactions
  4. Oversee transaction service queues, resolve escalated client inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up
  5. Liaise between Relationship, Operations, Treasury Management, Sales, and Implementations teams
