What you'd actually do

  1. Participate in Business and Operations meetings; effectively demonstrate and communicate workflows, best practices and technologies
  2. Plan, schedule and manage all deliverables within the team. Effective monitor of deliverables to ensure high SLA compliance within set accuracy standards
  3. Ensure adherence to all internal and external standard procedures and best practices. Address and/or escalate all material issues in a detailed & timely manner
  4. Review of the operating processes to enhance efficiency, automation and improve controls. Liaise closely with the Manager to identify and implement on the job training initiatives for team members; own team related duties including vacation management, performance appraisals, etc.
  5. Ensure high standard of training and competence of team members while ensuring that succession plans are in place with strong career development focus for all those within the team

  • Proven experience in trading or financial services, demonstrating a strong foundation in industry practices and operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective decision-making and issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating clear and productive interactions with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, complemented by advanced digital literacy for integrating innovative technologies in trade services.
