What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with both Account Management and Business Development teams to help drive performance and growth across your client portfolio
  2. Become an expert on our revolutionary new platform: Kokai
  3. Troubleshoot campaign setup and performance issues to ensure smooth delivery and optimal performance
  4. Provide thoughtful, actionable feedback to Product Managers to help shape and improve Kokai
  5. Ability to transform large data sets into clear insights and recommendations
  6. Present data, insights, and recommendations confidently to client stakeholders
  7. Build strong, trusted relationships with clients to understand their needs and drive business outcomes
  8. Support agency traders and planners to set up campaigns, optimise delivery, and ensure budgets are delivered while exceeding performance goals
  9. Serve as a platform expert who can consult and educate clients on new product updates, platform best practices, and broader industry developments
