Trailhead Content Strategist, Emerging Products

Salesforce Salesforce · Enterprise · Mexico City, Mexico

Salesforce is looking for a Content Strategist for Emerging Products to define learning strategies for new product innovations before they launch. This role involves partnering with product and engineering teams, translating complex technical concepts into learner-centered content, and ensuring Trailhead has day-one learning content ready for new product launches. The role also focuses on defining content standards for AI agents and MCP-driven experiences.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own content strategy for emerging Salesforce products, starting with Headless 360, so Trailhead has day-one learning content at each launch.
  2. Partner with product and engineering teams before GA to build real product depth and shape content plans early.
  3. Translate complex technical architectures into learner-centered strategies for multiple audiences: admins, developers, architects, and employees.
  4. Build reusable frameworks and playbooks that cut time-to-publish as new products enter the portfolio.
  5. Define the content structure and quality standards that let Trailhead serve as a trusted source for AI agents and MCP-driven experiences.

  • Strong cross-functional skills, with a history of building real relationships across product, PMM, and learning teams.

Nice to have
