Trailhead Content Strategist, Product Enablement

Salesforce Salesforce · Enterprise · Mexico City, Mexico

Salesforce is seeking a Content Strategist for Product Enablement to drive the strategy, governance, and execution of product enablement content for internal sellers. This role involves partnering with Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Product teams to translate product priorities into learner-centered content experiences. Success will be measured by the ability to unify content strategy, improve seller readiness, and build cross-functional partnerships. The role requires experience in content strategy, data fluency, strong communication, and collaboration skills. Familiarity with how AI tools are reshaping content creation is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead content strategy for seller-facing learning paths and knowledge resources, creating a single unified content plan across PMM, Sales Leadership, CX, and Product.
  2. Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships, onboarding new stakeholders into content strategy workflows and aligning on shared outcomes.
  3. Use seller engagement data, completion rates, and feedback to identify knowledge gaps and drive measurable improvements in seller readiness.
  4. Track how content strategies translate to seller knowledge and performance and adjust proactively when they do not.
  5. Build governance that sets content quality standards and creates content rebuild cycles that optimizes reuse across seller audiences.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, instructional design, or content development within a technology or enterprise learning environment.
  • Proven ability to lead content strategy initiatives end-to-end, from audit and discovery through execution and measurement.
  • Data fluency: You use learner engagement data, completion rates, and feedback to validate content strategy — and you help others understand what the data does and doesn't say.
  • Communication: You communicate strategy clearly to writers, editors, and product stakeholders, leading with the "why" before the "what."
  • Collaboration: You build trusted relationships with stakeholders beyond the immediate team and influence content direction through well-reasoned, data-backed recommendations.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with sales enablement or go-to-market teams to develop learning programs.
  • Background in instructional design principles or adult learning theory.
  • Familiarity with how AI tools are reshaping content creation, curation, and personalization — and the ability to incorporate that into strategy planning.
