This role involves training and coaching customer-facing field teams and front-line managers on the AWS value proposition and how it drives business outcomes. The role will deliver virtual and in-person learning experiences, facilitate programs, and contribute to the development and iteration of training programs, including those that leverage AI and other emerging technologies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver global enablement and training programs to support the development of our field teams and front-line managers.
  2. Conduct employee training using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based learning, virtual learning, and 1-1 coaching.
  3. Create an engaging learner experience in each training class with various training strategies.
  4. Work with key internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective delivery of training content.
  5. Provide content and class feedback to course developers to help improve curriculum quality.
