Clay is seeking a GTM Onboarding & Enablement Program Manager to build and scale onboarding programs for their revenue organization. The role involves leading live training sessions, facilitating product understanding, running certifications, and coaching new hires. The ideal candidate will have experience in enablement or onboarding within a fast-paced SaaS environment and be comfortable working with AI tools to enhance program scalability and effectiveness.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead live onboarding sessions weekly from product deep-dives and GTM fundamentals to role-play, scenario practice, and skills coaching with the energy and presence that keeps new hires engaged.
  2. Own the live training experience for every GMT cohort, ensuring each session is well-paved, relevant, and directly connected to what new hires will face in their first 30, 60, and 90 days.
  3. Facilitate engaging product sessions that help new hires understand how Clay fits into a prospect or customer’s world and how to talk about it with confidence.
  4. Run certifications and practical assessments to test skills including: discovery calls, objection handling, customer kickoff, product demos, etc.
  5. Coach new hires and provide real-time feedback that helps sharpen their delivery, messaging, and confidence before they’re in the field.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in Enablement, Onboarding, Program Management, or a similar role in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Strong facilitator with a natural ability to make complex concepts accessible, engaging, and actionable for diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized and self-directed.
  • Deep care for the new hire experience and a track record of making people feel welcomed, supported, and set up to win.
  • Comfortable working with AI tools and workflows.
  • Natural relationship builder who thrives working cross-functionally across teams and levels.
  • Strong attention to detail in your content, your communications, and your programs.
