This role is a Training Lead for Apple's IS&T Help Line, focusing on designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs for employees, contractors, and vendors. What you'd actually do

  1. designing, developing, and delivering a comprehensive, learner-centered training program that spans foundational onboarding, advanced skills development, and strategic readiness
  2. curriculum development and instructional design — crafting engaging, high-quality training content that reflects the evolving needs of the HelpLine and the broader IS&T organization
  3. partnering closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to keep training content accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals
  4. leveraging data and learner feedback to continuously iterate and improve program effectiveness, identifying skill gaps and proactively developing targeted learning solutions
  5. facilitates dynamic learning sessions, workshops, and onboarding experiences that build both technical proficiency and customer service excellence
