Training Lead - Latam Cluster

This role leads the LATAM training team to plan and deliver learning solutions for commercial teams, collaborates with stakeholders to implement innovative approaches, and upskills client-facing colleagues. The role partners with the Commercial Lead to co-lead the Emerging Market (EM) regional training project. The role also defines the approach for integrating AI into learning and development and drives adoption of AI-enabled tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Working as a strategic partner to LATAM Commercial Lead by providing consultation and advice on learning strategy and priorities.
  2. Partnering with the Commercial Lead to co-lead the EM regional training project, leading regional training initiatives, and serving as the training subject-matter expert to support regional commercial projects.
  3. Identifying Client‑Facing Colleagues (CFC) capability gaps, defining training objectives, and evaluating training effectiveness.
  4. Developing training plans and initiatives aligned to commercial needs and ensuring the high-quality delivery of training programs for CFC.
  5. Defining the approach for integrating AI into learning and development and identifying high-impact AI use cases.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years’ experience in a multinational company
  • Commercial experience in sales management or category management roles, including coaching and performance management.
  • Experience working in a global context and/or successfully leading geographically dispersed teams.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate competing priorities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.

  • Experience evaluating learning programs and materials to ensure learner and commercial needs are met.
