Training Senior Associate

JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase · Banking · Chicago, IL +1 · Commercial & Investment Bank

This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering learning and knowledge solutions for client onboarding and service within JPMorgan Chase. While it involves integrating and leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance content creation and training strategies, the core function is not AI/ML model development but rather enabling employees and improving business outcomes through learning enablement. The role requires experience with content lifecycle management, performance support, and using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work outputs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Enhance employee performance, productivity, and role readiness by delivering role-based enablement solutions (performance support, knowledge resources, and targeted learning when appropriate).
  2. Partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to assess needs, identify root causes, and recommend the right approach to support role readiness and performance (knowledge, process reinforcement, performance support, communications, or learning).
  3. Design and develop learning and enablement assets such as eLearning, job aids, playbooks, quick references, simulations, and guided practice materials.
  4. Own the end-to-end content lifecycle: intake, design, development, SME validation, approvals, LMS publishing, and deployment/rollout.
  5. Integrate AI-enabled tools into content development and training strategies to maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, usability, and visual quality.
