Training Site Coordinator

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate scheduling of training courses across internal and customer programs
  2. Coordinate all logistics required for training execution, including classrooms, vessels, equipment access, and materials
  3. Serve as the central coordination point between: Mission Training Manager (site leadership), Training Operations Manager (planning and oversight), Lead Instructors (delivery execution), Training Site Technicians (technical readiness), Training Improvement Specialists (quality and standardization)
  4. Maintain training records, attendance logs, and completion tracking
  5. Serve as a primary point of contact for trainees during training events

Skills

Required

  • 1–4 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, training support, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent activities
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating schedules, resources, or events in a dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting training programs, field operations, or customer-facing events
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
