What you'd actually do

  1. Lead teams in processing document transactions and extracting checks and remittances, while optimizing strategic priorities to enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience.
  2. Oversee remittance processing by setting production goals, delegating tasks, evaluating performance, and implementing action plans to ensure high productivity and quality.
  3. Manage shift operations, resolve production or quality issues, and escalate process delays to management and stakeholders as needed.
  4. Utilize strategic thinking and sound judgment in decision-making, fostering a collaborative and engaged team environment through effective leadership and communication.
  5. Analyze data to identify and resolve procedural issues, support junior team members, and build strong relationships with other departments to address inquiries.
