What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and executes assigned agency book transfer and conversion initiatives
  2. Act as a primary point of contact for agencies during assigned conversions
  3. Monitor conversion progress and quote-to-policy outcomes
  4. Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and Technology teams
  5. Track conversion metrics for assigned initiatives

Required

  • Experience working with independent agencies or agency operations
  • Working knowledge of P&C insurance products
  • Ability to sell and overcome objections
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Prior book transfer and conversion experience
