What you'd actually do

  1. Manage outbound transportation operations for customer shipments, including domestic and international distribution from J&J distribution centers
  2. Coordinate shipment planning and execution to ensure timely and accurate delivery to end customers, including hospitals, wholesalers, and specialty care providers
  3. Track and trace outbound shipments, providing proactive communication and resolving delivery exceptions to maintain service levels
  4. Analytics & Insights- Support development, implementation, and analytics as well as provide analysis and recommendations to support strategic supply chain decisions
  5. Partner with distribution centers, customer service, and logistics teams to align shipping priorities with customer requirements and order fulfillment timelines
