This role operates and deploys the Blue Yonder Invoice Content Generation (ICG) process for freight settlement, focusing on onboarding carriers and ensuring the self-billing solution functions as designed. It involves troubleshooting integration errors, acting as a point of contact for inquiries, monitoring solution performance, preparing reports, and documenting processes. The role requires proficiency in software applications like Blue Yonder and low-code platforms, SQL, and strong attention to detail for data integrity and problem-solving.

What you'd actually do

  1. Under the oversight of a program manager, operate the day to day end-to-end Blue Yonder Invoice Content Generation (ICG) process, ensuring the self-billing solution operates as designed with all onboarded business Partners.
  2. Drive the deployment of the Invoice Content Generation solution to additional scope, additional carriers (ocean and ground) and for additional legal entities.
  3. Troubleshoot integration errors with key partner LIS / ILT by investigating source documents, system entries, and data integrations; collaborate to resolve issues promptly.
  4. Act as the point of contact for inquiries and issues relating to self-billing, the Blue Yonder ICG process, and application of Prime Product guidelines in day-to-day operations.
  5. Monitor solution performance and rating quality within Blue Yonder, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
