Travel Operations Coordinator (fixed-term Contract)

This role provides operational support for travel sales and guest care teams, handling inquiries, resolving issues, managing bookings, and assisting with administrative tasks. It involves using in-house and external systems, liaising with partners, and producing reports. The role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide day‑to‑day operational support for the Disney Central, Sales and Guest Care teams across the Disneyland Paris product, responding quickly and accurately to information requests
  2. Investigate and resolve guest queries and complaints, working closely with the Disneyland Paris Guest Communications team and following internal guidelines and legal requirements
  3. Support the resolution of post‑booking, pre‑departure and in‑resort issues, ensuring a smooth experience for guests
  4. Assist with payment and credit card queries to help resolve issues as quickly as possible
  5. Manage and triage Operations email inboxes, covering Disneyland Paris transport‑inclusive packages, as well as hotel and ticket bookings
